Development Committee:
Fund Raising Recruitment
Site Selection Committee:
Acquires building sites/houses Ensures land surveys are completed Works with our attorney to purchase the land Works closely with the Construction Committee
Construction Committee:
Works with the Site Selection Committee to obtain land for home site Works with the family on house design Has blueprints made Supervises building and construction process Orders all construction materials Works with the Volunteer Coordinator to have volunteers scheduled for the construction site
Family Selection Committee:
Advertises throughout Clinton County (excluding Black Brook) for applicants Makes home visits to determine need Makes family recommendations to the Board Meets with the selected family Works with the Family Support Committee
Family Support Committee:
Works with the Family Selection Committee and the family Helps the family with financial planning Works with the family at achieving "sweat equity hours goal" Coordinates between the family and the Board of Directors
Volunteer Committee: Matches volunteers to committees Schedules partners for construction site work Works with the Construction Manager to get partners planned for building phases
Finance Committee: Keeps records of all donations Disburses funds Prepares monthly and annual reports
Church Relations Committee:
Keeps churches informed about Habitat activities Contacts churches for volunteers and fund donation to Habitat
